Distiller's Showcase, Manchester NH, November 12th

For anyone within striking distance of Manchester, NH, there's a very cool event taking place next Thursday, November 12th. "The Distiller's Showcase" is a benefit for the Animal Rescue League. Over one hundred distillers representing several hundred brands will be on hand offering tastings, mixology demonstrations, etc. A number of restaurants will also be participants so you can grab a bite to eat between sampling drams of your favorites.

Ouch! At $60 per it causes shrinkage of my urge. Think I will sit and toast them from home with some Talisker. But it is in striking distance from here. Pity.
