Britons & l expect all over the world are set to celebrate the 250th birthday of Guinness today by downing tow million pints of the black stuff-twice the daily average.
Maker Diageo is hosting a series of parties featuring stars such as Sir Tom Jones, who will perform in Dublin, the bookies have odds offering 33/1 that the Dublin gig will run dry.
Note to self, should be in Dublin tonight.

Happy 250 anniversary Guinness.
Unfortunately I didn't toast in Guinness yesterday. But we did make a toust to them with whisky at the Norway Caledonian Sosietys whisky tasting. I will also do it with a pint of Guinness today, with good friends and neighbors.
