I need for you to mail me some. The photo does not have enough detail for a positive identification.

Looks like "Stains of M'Napkin" to me.
Of course, for it to be a true tartan, you could turn it 90 degrees or flip it over and it would look exactly the same.
If they're not iced on both sides, you're not done yet.

If you send me a sample I am sure I could identify it!

It looks like modern McCocoa, but it could also be ancient O'Tasty. It's not a dress tartan; they're vanilla.
Are those made with Luck's transfers, by the way? If not, you might consider their products. They have various transfers for confectioners and bakers.
Beautiful work, by the way.

Thanks.
Love the ideas you guys come up with.
Funny part is that they are vanilla. Whipped vanilla truffle made two vanilla beans, one of my wife's favorite.
The transfers are from American Chocolate Design through Fancy Flours. I have a few others that will be used. You can see the hot peppers on the other, a habanero mango rum truffle. There should also be a striped and a purple lace later on.
