Disregard the title, the recipe is for a regular haggis. I made it this last weekend for our St Andrew's ceilidh. Used ground lamb, beef heart and calves liver and all the optional spices. Finished it off in the oven to lightly brown it and the whole 3 or so pounds went that evening! Has a good flavor and texture, I can highly recommend this recipe.
