Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.

My drinkable single malt scotch collection is at 48 bottles. A top ten would be easier and would include Highland Park 18, but today the Laphroaig 15 year is top of the list. But then I have not opend my Highland Park 30 yet either. So the truth may change.

Ohhhh very nice... I think I will buy a highland park 25 soon....that distillery has really impressed me. I have a Glenkinchie distiller's edition that is superb as well.

At the moment, I'm fond of Glenrothes.

My Dallas Dhu 1980 (26 yrs) is very nice, but I'm also a fan of Bruichladdich. Then of course I don't get too fussy as long as it's single malt and from the correct country. I prefer the quite old ones, though.

If I had to pick just one, this would probably be my choice as well, though the last few weeks I've been drinking Highland Park and Talisker. My preferences can change based on the time of day, the weather, how my day has gone, what day of the week it is, whether I'm in the mood for a sweet or salty, or light or smoky, and other assorted factors.

Hmmm... scotch....
Oh sorry, I lost my train of thought..
I have always loved Lagavulin, also Laphroig.
I was recently gifted with a lovely Ardbeg, and also an amazing Duncan Taylor NC2.
It's only available in Scotland, a good friend picked me up a bottle.
WOW.
Hmmm... back to thinking of scotch...
