Another score from the army surplus!

Got this lot today from the same surplus store I got my last tank from:

Job lot for $200. Counted up, there were 314 of them. Made for the army catering corps as boning knives, they're carbon steel, & around 1/8" thick x 1" wide x 5" blade.

Blade profile may be just a tad too narrow for sgians, but if so, I'm sure I'll find something to do with them!

WOW! That is a great find. I don't know... I think they might work for a "sgian."

Threw me off for a minute there when you said you got a tank from a surplus store.

Not sure I'd know what to do with 314 knife blades but I'm sure you have a use for them. Show us your pics once you decide.

with some of those targets you might be more tempted to hit the person than the numbered markers...

You sharpen em up real nice, put some nice handles on them, make some leather sheaths...bet they'd sell awesome on some outdoor sites. Good luck.
