Okay, so after making a few x-kilts, I finally took the plunge and ordered The Art of Kiltmaking from our own Celtic Croft. I can't wait to delve into this and start making some tartan kilts for myself. Wish me luch, y'all.

Check out my handsewn denim kilt. I even used double-thread on it. I think my forearm muscles just doubled in size :-)

Barb's book is an interesting read even for those of us who wouldn't dare try to sew. You really appreciate the work that goes into making a top notch kilt.
