I found a nice wool jacket at the local Value Village for a few bucks, and it looks pretty good with my kilt. I have removed the patch pockets and flaps (took two hours!) and I am ready to begin the marking and cutting... I've got several 'before' pics, and will post some when there is something more to see. I am using Alan Hebert's "Modifying a Sportscoat into a Kilt Jacket" plans to make my Argyll.
