    Red Shepherd's Plaid Hose

    I just finished these Red Shepherd's Plaid hose for Steve. He is wearing them with his Celtic Nations kilt from USA Kilts.

    I used Mrs. Newsome's pattern and made the calf just a bit larger. The yarn is Wildfoote Luxury Sock Yarn from Brown Sheep in Nebraska. It feels nice and smooth, but it is a bit splitty.
