Stag Sporran Image
I came across an image of a Stag by the artist Albrecht Drurer (1471-1528) who lived and worked in the region of Germany I live in. His house in Nuremberg is now a museum.
He was one of the first artists to draw realistic images of animals and people.
I came across an image of a Stag that I think will make a good cover for a sporran. I will probably make one for myself to wear with my USAK German Heritage Tartan.
Here is the first attempt. Made a couple of mistakes, but that's what it was for. Size is 5 inches horizontal by 4 inches vertical.

What do folks think?

I like it. Let me know when you get to moose. I'd put a little red flashing LED in this ones nose for a little Christmas sporran humor.
