A Change within the Staff of XMTS

It is with great pleasure that the owner and moderating staff of xmarksthescot.com announce a new direction for our House Chairmen and Kilted Cartographer.

They have been given (REALLY SHINY!) new title plates to denote their new duties.

They are now known as our Forum Advocates

Their duties are:

To promote positive interactions and good fellowship on xmarksthescot.com. They do not police the site but will be additional eyes and ears for XMTS and assist the Mod Squad in identifying problem threads, suspected trolls / spammers and any other issues that might arise.

To offer help, welcome and advice to newcomers, spread goodwill , and promote the high standards of xmarksthescot.com as a family friendly, international forum.

To take full charge of the Celebration Zone of XMTS. They will announce member birthdays, major accomplishments among the membership, holidays, and other items worthy of the attention of our forum.

To take full charge of the "Kilted Newbie" section of XMTS. Since newbies often have questions they will look at all new member posts in this forum. They will be ready to not only greet new members but direct them to the right forums or answer basic forum questions

To assist the Owner and the Forum Moderators with developing new ideas and rules, and be an alternative source of views on issues the Forum Moderators and Forum Owner may face.

Please Congratulate Dave (Davedove), Dee (Starbkjrus), Arlen (Arlen), and Trefor (McClef) on their new roles!
