    LWFD vid

This is from a practice from last month and it's a pretty decent throw for me.

Comments and suggestions, anyone? I'm throwing 46-48 pretty regularly, now. I would sure love to go over 50 at a Games by the end of the year! That would be fun.

    Alan,
Realize these comments are coming from a one-legged, single-spin WFD guy...

    Have you lost weight??????!

Nice hip rotation going into first spin and that drop gives you a good high arc to get under for the second--I'd say try a bit to speed up that second spin. Your release is nice! Pull that bugger from your heels!

Looks Good! I could only say to be patient on turn one, sit low into turn two and really accelerate on the end. Try and really snap through the release. You do what I do and play a bit too safe on the release. For your first toss, great, get a solid # on the board. Then, let 'r rip!!!!

This is exactly what I have worked on the past two practices. I'm trying to "catch" the weight further behind me and then really torquing it through to a big release. Result?

I either fall on my butt or I throw 50-52...and the 50+ throws, well...six of them in the last two days.

I might try that "sit low into turn two". That's a thought.

Your weights for distance have improved dramatically, Alan.

See you at Watsonville this weekend?
