Very light workout tonight, but....
six open stone tosses over 30 feet, and two at 32.
Yeeeaaaahhhhh. Lovin' it.

NICE! Nothing like consistency. I SWEAR that at the games Sunday--I'm gonna break 40. I've thrown 39's since the end of last year and so far through every practice and my first games. Ya think that 39'10" could have just caught a bit more 'wind' eh? ;-)
Keep throwing hard!

This morning. LWFD...46, 46, 48, 48, 46, 48, 51, 48 then I walked in to work. I pace these off, the distances are just estimates.
Maybe I just needed a little break! Now if my back will ease up.....got a big practice tomorrow, I'm hosting about 16 throwers. We're videotaping everything.

CHAC open practice (12 athletes) on Saturday.
Braemar .. 25' 10" not bad!
Open Stone .... threw a 28' 10", but also threw a 30' 6" and a total bomb at 32' 0"
Hammer was dreadful though I put one out at 80 feet at least. LWFD was a horror, but I cleared 13 in WOB and I allllmost turned "the whomper" our A-caber @ 16 feet and 105 lbs.
