    Weight Training Bags

I am looking to purchase one of these for various throwing applications.

Will be good for the indoors, and the gym doesnt mind me chucking it around down the back, which is grand.

Anyone used or come across these before?

I have never seen those before. Those would be great! I can see a ton of excercises, in respect to throwing, possible. A bit expensive, but if a guy found those used or on sale it would be a great asset for training. If you find a less expensive supplier let me know!

You can get a whole set for 700 bucks, which isnt that much, my brother and are looking at going halves for them.

I think it will be great for winter, being indoors and still being able to chuck stuff around without wrecking the place.

They seem to be used by pro atheletes here, i.e. all blacks and super 14 players, and they are some strong fit lads.

    Filled up with sand?

I know guys around here to take Military surplus duffel bags...then take 50 or 75 or 100 pounds of sand and stuff it into about a dozen tripled-up ziploc plastic bags. They duct tape the bags shut and drop them in the duffel bag and work out with that.
