Scotsman's Ball 3/06/10, Long Beach CA

Scroll down to March and click on the link to see a flyer in PDF format.

This is a great event and somehow gets better every year. The raffle table is full of fabulous gift baskets including appropriate adult beverages and the combo provides wonderful music for dancing. The buffet dinner is always delicious and the entertainment is fun. If tradition holds, you'll see an "Ode to the Haggis" like you've never seen before!

If you're anywhere in southern California, you owe it to yourself to attend -- be sure let Bob and me know if you do plan make it, we'll be there "with bells on"!

Oh, absolutely yes! I went solo my first few times, pre-Bob. It's a fair-sized crowd, they keep it just under 140 attendees so the event fits in a specific room at The Grand.

Yes you most certainly can come single to this ball. There are many singles in attendance every year.
There is a great bar, great music and a very fun time had by all. Anyone who doesn't have a fun time has only themselves to blame.
There is a fine piper and some wonderful dancers and then the raffle for lots of neat baskets.
Please come, let us know you are coming and then have a great and grand old time.
    Bob
