Well, for Pete's sake. You mean there's no one in Destin who wears a kilt and plans to be kilted on Tartan Day?
If Pensacola is planning to host their own games in another week or two, I hope they have some folks coming from somewhere besides Destin!
Kind of looks like I'm goining to make a solo splash come Monday.
Oh, well, it's a dirty job, but someone has to do it. I just hate being the guy taking all the girls away next week.

Your mom and sis aren't too far from me. I live in Olde Town.
How about 7:00 CDT at McGuires? I'll call you later.
The UK if fine. I brought a kilt, sporran, hose, etc., so I'm ready. First brew is on me.

Well, at least KiltedOptician and I had a good time in Destin. Unfortunately, the traffic getting from Sandestin to the bridge into Fort Walton was horrible, and the optician had to wait almost an hour for me to arrive with my bride.
And I must say, whenever any of you get to meet the optician, you will be pleased to do so. The guy makes chain mail--as well as chain mail jewelry that is really nice stuff--and a more pleasant dinner companion you couldn't ask for!
anyway, I forgot my camera, so I have no pix, but the evening was a success at McGuire's. They brew their own stout, and it's worth a drive just to try it out.
