Burn's Night Cincinnati
Nicholson's is doing a burns night on Jan 24th. Weird date I know... but regardless they'll have a kicking band, the Bloody Tinth. Call 513-564-9111 for reservations. They do a pretty modern take on the classic tradition and I love it! 625 Walnut Street Cincinnati, OH, 45202
Here is an event page created by the band.

Nice, see ya there. Its definately not like St. Louis with the Burns Nights, but if you want to cross ethnic boundaries, this City throws a HELL of an Oktoberfest

I might add that the Caledonian Society of Cincinnati is having what should turn out to be an outstanding Burns Night on Saturday the 22nd. You do not need to be a member to attend, but you do need to make reservations. Come and join us and help support one of the oldest Caledonian Societies in the U.S.

Lady Gwlenys Reid has made the jump from theater to the screen for this year’s Burns
presentation and will be taking everyone on a complete journey through the life of the poet,
with her production, “Walking in Robert Burns footsteps, his life in pictures.” This will include
many actual period illustrations and current photos showing different points of interest and
give everyone some interesting insight on the actual life the poet lived.
Also that evening the Cincinnati Caledonian Pipes and Drums will be performing along with
the Cincinnati Highland Dancers and the Cincinnati Scots Highland Dancers. The Royal
Scottish Country Dancers will be performing a demo dance along with leading the group in
some social dancing. This along with some other surprises we have lined up will make for a
fun and entertaining evening.
The meal will be a buffet style with a choice of Chicken or
Beef, cash bar.
Cocktails start at 6pm, dinner to follow at 7:00
Tickets are $24 for adults, $12 ages 12 & under.
We have been selling out this event the past couple of years, so send in reservations early!
