I'd love to attend... Perhaps one day! SM

I would love to tour the area around Hawick. But, I am looking forward to some Festival and reiver reveler pictures. Have you seen the "Clans of Scotland" episode that featured the Armstrongs and the Border Reivers? If so, what did you think of it? John
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.
Great episode from a great series.

If only I could. Each year is gonna be the year; soon it will be. Though reading this, I realize it's the same weekend as the Niel Gow Fiddle Festival in Dunkeld/Birnam. Both fabulous weekends for any who can, and being in Scotland at the right time, and missing either would be painful.
If you see any of my Lockharts, would you please take a picture of them, Alex?

If you see any of my Lockharts, would you please take a picture of them, Alex? Will do. There is a residential street here in Hawick called Lockhart Place.
Well this is definitely something to add to my bucket list!
