More antique patterns, free online
Awhile back we discussed a UK-based collection of out-of-print patterns available online.
Just saw another resource posted at Ravelry and thought I'd share it here. Some treasures to be found, including a 12-part course in dressmaking, and this Knitting and Sewing: 70 Useful Articles to Make for Men in Army/Navy. Includes a multitude of sock patterns, knitted waistcoats, and at least one knitted tie pattern.
Many of the other pattern books are for crochet (antimacassars, anyone?) and various forms of embroidery but there are some oddballs such as woodworking and wax flowers. Well worth a scroll though the list!
