Need bolts for cantle

I need bolts for my hand made cantle, it will be a plate over the long hair sporran.
The cantle will be brass any idea or should I.... oh I don't like this cont. digging in the hardware stores.
Its time wasted in the store trying to find what I need that will work.

Try the big box reno store. They have a huge selection of bolts, etc - one of our local stores has an aisle about 30' long about 4' high on both sides - all nuts, bolts & washers.
Wood working supply stores have a lot of brass hardware.
As the ads used to say "Let your fingers do the walking in ye--ow pages" ( I'm dating myself here ) Call & find out if they have something close to what you want before you venture out.
Or use the computer...
If you can't find it in brass and you are desperate to use it, get whatever fits and paint it to match until you can find what you want - I've even seen nail polish that looked like very shiny brass.
