MOLLE is the answer
I would recommend sewing MOLLE attachment webbing on the apron for any camo kilt. If you want to wear a regular sporran, you still can. If you want to attach a MOLLE medical or ammo type pouch, you can do that to. Tactical tailor makes a combination pistol/rifle mag pouch that I think would make a great sporran. Also, Maxpedition makes several that would work tremendously well.

I was very interested in implementing a molle system, But I am at a loss as to how to do it,
Do you have any suggestions, I would love to have a molle on the front and two on each side,

I take it you mean pouches like these.
I think webbing pouches work work spectacularly in lieu of a Scottish sporran. I think though, that pouches on a belt would give you more versatility than sewn to the actual kilt fabric.
Not that I know anything...

I would love to do pouches like that or ones with a closable top,,
Would you happen to have a pattern of some type, or the molle measurements so I can make the stuff on my kilt able to interface with normal molle off the shelf stuff

If you need me to, I'll attempt to do some measurements and whip up a guide/diagram on the spacing for molle webbing. Off the top of my head, I'd estimate that the rows are probably spaced about 1-1/8 inches apart (the webbing is 1" wide) and bar tack stiched every 1.5" to 2" along that row. Typical configurations are 3 channels wide with the largest of the pouches requiring 4 or 5 channels worth of attachment points. Gotta get to work now. Let me know if you need more info.

I agree that sporran idea would look great. I like sporrans on all kilts even the modern/non-traditional kilts. I'm my mind it separates it to look more like a kilt and not a skirt.
There was a old thread linked that had a awesome camo kilt. I'll find it and link it here.

To my mind, mentioning camo and hunting makes me thinks critters. I envision a fur-mask sporran. If you use camo on top of camo, it might make the camoflage work too well and make the sporran disappear. Otherwise try many things and it need not be the same for all occasions. Good Luck
