90 Year Old Bridegroom

A ninety year old gentleman is talking with his doctor at his regular checkup.
"So how are you feeling, Mr. Tavish?"
"Wonderful, in fact, I'm getting married next week. Here's a picture of my bride to be"
The doctor looks at the picture of a beautiful lass, about 70 years younger than his patient.
"You know, Mr. Tavish, that such a young lass is going to have a need for... let us say companionship, that a man your age is not going to be able to properly fill. You are a wealthy man. You should hire a live in companion for your bride."
"Sad, but true, Doctor. It's a good idea, and I think I'll do it."

At his next checkup, the the doctor inquires again.
"How are you? And how is your lovely bride?"
"I'm fine, and so is my lady, in fact, she's pregnant."
"Pregnant, eh. I guess you took my advice about the companion" the Doctor chuckles.
"Indeed I did" says Mr Tavish, "and she's pregnant as well!"
