A man was fishing a stream and discovered he had no more bait. The fish were biting so he looked around for something, anything, he could put on his hook. He spied a snake but decided it was too big for his hook. About to give up, he saw that the snake had a small frog in its mouth. He quickly grasped the snake behind its head and removed the frog.
"I'm sorry, little one, but I'll give you a taste from my whiskey flask in trade."
He poured a small amount of whiskey into the snake's mouth then put it gently back on the ground. He baited his hook with the frog and began to have some success again.
Not thirty minutes later, the man felt a small thumping on his boot. He looked down and there was the snake with three more frogs.
