    Honoring a dead friend

MacTavish stood on his old friend's grave, holding a bottle. He said "O'Malley, I know I promised that if you died before you found reason enough to open this 1937 Glenfiddich, that I would pour it out on your grave". He paused, and gravely opened the bottle. "But ... wouldye mind if I passed it through my kidneys first?"

Good one Geoff! He must have been a Sailor!

Geoff, if you say the friend was a Marine, I'll believe you! Any other service would likely offer the "filtration service" as well.

Thanks for posting this one, Geoff, but it has whiskers on it. In fact I believe I saw it in the form of a British picture postcard about 30 or 40 years ago!
    Good for a laugh, though!
