    A mother's prayer?

This is a true story, and I bet you get it way before this guy did.

My boss's cousin was asked to be the best man at a kilted wedding. The reception was held in a hall with a stage at one end where the wedding party sat.

Whilst waiting for his turn during the speaches, he noticed his mother put her hands together as if in prayer. Not being from a very religious family he was rather confused.

She repeatedly did this getting more and more theatrical with people starting to notice.

After several minutes he realised what she was doing...

Yep, you guessed it! He's never worn a kilt since.

    An Angler's Prayer:

"Oh Lord, please let me catch a fish so large that even I, will not have to lie about it."
