Many (many) years ago, when I was traveling near Liverpool, England with a group of friends. Some of us jokingly told the others that since we were near Scotland the men's restroom door was labeled "Laddies" and had a man in a kilt on it (these signs were new back then). His spelling not being what it should be he went into the door marked "Ladies." I don't think he used a restroom the rest of the trip.

I'm fairly new to my local Caledonian Society. The loos are marked "Laddies" and "Lassies" (with no pic) and I keep finding myself reading REALLY hard to make sure I don't misread "Laddies" as "Ladies" and go in the wrong one!!! I'm prolly not the only one!

Oh for more money to buy more kilts!

I always smile at the graphics in any case when ladies go into theirs wearing trousers and I go in the gents in a kilt!

A couple of years ago, one of our photographers grabbed a joke snap of me coming out of the LADIES, kilted, with a shocked look on my face -- next to the graphic sign of the androgynous figure in skirtlike clothing...

Another sign from Liverpool (my home town) was on a Ferry Boat "Royal Iris".
Above the Urinal was a sign quote "We aim to please, You AIM too please"

Expanded, printed, trimmed and taped the OP's graphic to our office's handicapped washroom door.
We'll see if anyone notices before Tartan Day...
