Can someone please explain this to me? How does one go about getting into that kind of situation?!?! An oompaloompa and 2 easter bunnies.. How is that any kind of thing that makes any sense at all to the rest of the situation?

Not to be nit-picky but I spy two Oompaloompas. I'm with you on this one: What's going on here? At least the EMS unit is using a powered gurney that should be capable of lifting 650#.

And it gets more bizarre the more people look at it!! I didn't see the one by the bunnies until you mentioned a second!!
