I wonder what the Utilikilt company will have to say about this, considering that it is clearly a depiction of their product and it used their brand name (rather than a generic kilt reference). Surely they will not take this lying down!

I don't think anyone has a clearer concept of 'intellectual property' than a web-comic artist. I would bet this was pre-approved.

P.S. Hmmm...then again, it IS sporting a hyphen...
