That's hilarious.
"You know the routine." Time-out for dogs. Gotta love it.

If I were a lawyer, I may be willing to defend Dog #2. No inquisition of the cat(s)? If was a cat treat, afterall.

Have you ever tasted those things? I think it was the dog's owner.

I can't say anything about cat treat flavor, but my beagle and I both love Beggin' Strips!

My experience is that the least guilty-acting dog is the one that did it. Pass the blame to poor younger brother.
Then again, it could have been the cat. My cat was very good at framing the dogs. Had me thinking for a year that it was the dogs chewing up the silicone lids on my daughter's sippy cups. They got spanked and sent to their bed every time it happened....then I caught the cat doing it.

Dogs don't bare their teeth out of guilt. I was sorta hoping that Debra would take the video making jerk's face off. Which is what she was thinking.

Dogs will display teeth out of submission or aggression, this dog was definitely submitting to the film maker... However, after watching this vid. I can assure you that this dog has taken some serious beats somewhere along the way(probably many times) to act this dramatic ie: the dog is anticipating his beatdown.....

I would have regarded it as a fear display, not true submission, and therefore the time a dog is most likely to do the face chewing thing I was dreaming of. Anyway, we are certainly in agreement about the beat-down part and I would hope to meet the gent sometime while I'm still young and stupid.
OK, stupid alone will have to do.

Aye, you and I both, very few dogs display such behaviour without some form of substantial abuse.......
