Dark humor is a tricky area. I too giggled because I understand the total context. Ambulance attendants, police, military and coroners all have their favorites (amongst their own kind). Bono made his point, as did the paying audience member. There is never a good time to yell "FIRE" in a crowded theater.

I was at work when I read this and made everyone turn and stare as I was practically laughing, crying, and nearly fell out of my chair. Also, I think I woke up some patients nearby.
