    Sunday's Garfield Comic

    Take a look here:-

    http://www.garfield.com/comics/vault...11&addr=110417

It seems that the kilt has at least made the list of 'what not to wear' in the Garfield comic strip. This was published yesterday, Sunday April the 17th, 2011. Jon's GF critiques each of Jon's pairs of trousers, and his kilt, and pronounces everything he owns as something she wouldn't be seen dead with him wearing, and Garfield tells her that Jon buys his clothes on special at 'Clown Town'.

Perhaps even bad publicity is better than none?

I have to say, his kilt outfit did look properly worn.
But I have learned from this site how often wives object to their husbands' wearing a kilt.

Comes back to what we all talk about here but are loathe to accept - not that the kilt is "funny," but that it is unusual.

Liz was just jealous that Jon looked better in the kilt than she did in her capris.

Some people simply cannot tolerate any form of competition.
