Cascadian Bioregional tartan
A friend of mind designed the following tartan for Cascadia, the bioregion that encompasses Northern California, Oregon, Washington, British Columbia, Idaho and the Alaskan panhandle.
I wondered of there were other precedents for bioregional tartans. Also I wondered if this tartan was close to any existing tartans. (how does one go about checking this?) Thanks

Re: Cascadian Bioregional tartan
I can't answer your questions, but I do like the tartan, and I do love the idea of a bioregional tartan. Surely the Southern Appalachian bioregion deserves this form of commemoration!
