Garage sale tartan identification?

My mom, bless her heart, bought this and a second piece at a garage sale for 2 dollars. It's wool and smells faintly of moth balls. Anyone know what it is? Sorry the photo didn't show, I will try again... The photo makes the red look orange when it is a nice bright red.

Nice colours and the pattern confirms to what we might think of as a true tartan rather than a fashion sett but I can't find it in the STA database so added in as an Unnamed C20/21st pattern.

Thank you for looking at it figheadair. I have tried to identify it as well and have had no luck. I might try to make a "mini kilt" out of it if I get brave enough to try it.
