Purely as a matter of interest, in browsing on ebay for something entirely different, I encountered this tartan. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2517985068...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT It looks very much like Campbell of Argyll but in comparing it with the variations of CoA in the SRT and the STA, there seems to be a slight difference. The two pairs of thinner black lines within the alternate blue squares, and the corresponding pairs of thinner horizontal black lines are not in the same relation to the yellow and the white stripes as in the SRT and STA. Is this CoA with a serendipitous variation, or a throwback to an earlier version, or is the subtle difference an indicator of a different tartan? Thanks in advance for the input of those more learned than I.
