    Please, enlighten me.

In a recent post, since moved to the cooling off corner, I saw "CCoG" following a gentleman's name. Can anyone tell me what these letters designate?
I don't want to appear dense, but I cannot find any reference to it.

So that appears to be the title of "Commodore, Circle of Gentlemen".

Many thanks. Why I couldn't figure that out...beats me! So I remain rather dense but a wee bit more enlightened. Duh!
