Awesome service!
I have placed several orders with them of late in preparation for the Long's Peak highland Games and they have exceeded my expectations every time. I am looking forward to visiting their booth at the games in a week and a half!

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience w/ them. Only one time did they not have what I was wanting and they called to tell me that(kilt belt buckle). I returned the call and gave them my 2nd choice and as luck would have it, it really ended up being a better choice than my original.
Heck I even sent them a pic of me in my camo canvas kilt, and they put it on their website.

I've used them for some items and they were good to inform me of the status and delivered a fine product. I'm a picky shopper.

I bought my Blamoral bonnet based on their sizing chart, and when I got it, it was too tight. I tried stretching it, but it was still too small. When I contacted them, they sent me another one, the next size up, and a postage paid bag to return the first one to them. The second one fits like a glove. Their customer service is second to none.

Did I miss something? Who or what are we talking about?
Sorry. Finally looked at which forum this was in, which I rarely do. My mistake.

I've had great service from The Celtic Croft, too. I'm fortunate enough to be local (well, within 40 miles), so I can visit their retail store. With their quick, relatively inexpensive shipping on instock items, I order online, too.
Currently, I'm waiting for my first wool kilt, a MacKenzie, which I'm purchasing from them. It should be in any time now.
