Star Wars and Halloween and Kilts, OH MY!
I could think of no more appropriate place to share these photos. For Halloween this year I went as a formally dressed, kilted Mandalorian. No one's callin' THIS a skirt. Unless they want to be disintegrated.
Making bounty hunting look GOOD!

Don't try it, di'kut.

Back off, marshmallow boy.

Come quietly. You're no good to me burnt.

Being that those are toy guns I didn't think that applied. The worst those things can do is fire a soft foam dart and be a mild annoyance.

That's a good way to get the kilt into a costume. Love the marshmallow.

The Stay Puft was originally a lawn ornament that a friend of mine sewed a zipper into and made a costume out of it. When he didn't want to wear it he left it inflated in the corner, climbed out, and BEHOLD he was dressed as Gozer underneath.

Hilariously cool outfit! Did you post this from the future? My calendar doesn't show Halloween being for another 3 days.

I would like to believe it is not just the lighting or quality of the photo but, that your tie, flashes and the trim of the helmet match the tartan. Well dressed for a bounty hunter indeed.

They do indeed match. I had the helmet custom painted for just that reason. And you can't see it in the pictures, but the tie is knotted in an Eldredge knot. Who says Mandos aren't classy?
