That is so unique no wonder you've not seen anything quite like it, neither have I. Having said that I'd love to find something like that in a drawer somewhere.

Bill, you really need to pay attention firstly it’s Glen with one n. Secondly, in a drawer not in drawers.

But as far as I know, sometimes regimental officers at their own expense bought and gave non-standard sporran to pipe-majors (or maybe, bandmasters too?) to commemorative events. Maybe this is the same case?
I saw such non-standard KOSB Pipe-Major sporran.
