2008 HG in Canmore, Alberta

I am looking forward to my third HG in Canmore, Alberta, next Sunday. My husband is going for the first time. There surely cannot be a more spectacular setting for an HG anywhere here on earth! The first year we went, the massed band had 25 pipe bands and had me very homesick for Scotland.

This will be my third time in Canmore too. I've been in Calgary since 2005 but missed the 2007 games. My daughter decided not to dance in Canmore this year so I'll just go volunteer
