Bethabara Highland Games W/S, NC Saturday, May 9
I know several of us will have Clan tents there, but just checking in to see if anyone else is going?

Great little game and it's free to the public.

Bonnie, if you're talking about the XMarks Quaich we had there last year, I believe it is still in the UK.
Along with Clan Hay and Clan Graham, Clan Sinclair will have a tent. Are other Xmarkers convening or attending?

My wee quaich is ready, but the pantry is bare after Triad Games!! I've been drunk dry and must re-stock!! Perhaps I'll try something other than Highland Park...feeling adventurous. Maybe the Caol Ila if I can find it. That was delightful. I've heard Black Bottle is hard to find but that would be fun since the distillery was started by Grahams.

It will be interesting to the members (not from North Carolina) to reveal what ABC stores are. Remember parking in the back so the neighbor's won't see you car? Then don't forget to describe "Blue Law's". I have a connection to "moonshiners and bootleggers", but that leads us to NASCAR and we can avoid that for now.

I guess I should have expanded that, ABC = Alcohol Beverage Control. I grew up in a dry county, so I know all about the 'bait' store runs...
