The annual Cortland Celtic Festival will once again be held in Court House Park in downtown Cortland, NY 13045. The dates are August 27-29, 2010. Piping, dancing, heavy athletics (professional), food, vendors. Concert friday night featuring the "Mighty Plowboys."
