Dayton Celtic Festival - Dayton Ohio - July 27 - 29, 2012

It is that time of year again for the Dayton Celtic Festival sponsored by the United Irish of Dayton. This is a free event held at Riverscape in downtown Dayton, Ohio, July 27 - 29, 2012. A number of great bands will be present. The headliners are: Scythian, Gaelic Storm, Slide, Mairtin de Cogain Project, and Enter The Haggis. I will be there parts of all three days. So who else is planning to attend?

I'll be there for sure, but not sure what day. I always try to make it to see Scythian and Gaelic Storm so will check the events schedule.

Looks like I'll probably be there part of the day on both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday I'm trying to convince a friend of mine to borrow one of my kilts and strap it on for a second time for this event. He wore one last year and had some fun but was obviously a little uncomfortable so we'll see what happens. Not sure when I'll be there Saturday but probably closer to the end on Sunday so I've got one last chance to catch Gaelic Storm on the main stage.
