Looking forward to seeing folk and my other vendor friends. Just a heads up...they're doing a new layout for the games not sure where I will be located.
The Mudmen will be playing too

Wonderful event today - didn't stay to the very end, but enjoyed it much.

L to R: XMarkers Nathan, 1Malt, Canuck, & Father Bill at Robert's R-Kilts display tent.

Wilson McBeath flanked by the Mayor, and National and Provincial Members of Parliament opens the games. Believe it or not, Wilson is in his 90s, and still a powerful piper!

The massed pipe bands gather for their marchpast.

Fabulous young dancers concentrating on their footwork.

More to follow...

Sincere thanks to the Zorra Caledonia Society for one of the most successfull ongoing games in the region & to Robert at R-Kilts for thinking to get us together.
The games are at the edge of my former parish, so we were treated to meeting many old friends... I mean some young friends of long standing as well as our XMarks chums.
Wonderful piping - that's the highlight to me!
