Our Scottish Heritage Museum is open all day for those of you who are interested in Scottish history and genealogy. Experts are available on site to steer you into the areas in which you are interested. Learn what's happening in Scotland today.
Our children's area, located through the gates of the MacIntosh Castle, features a horse and wagon ride, a bouncy house, puppet show and crafts. Winston the Wonder Dog, our resident Scottie, often makes appearances for petting and walking.

Hoping to attend w wife!
Cross your fingers... depends on how much yard work I get done on my day off, Friday.

Captmac and I will be there, along with Molly and Hector, properly attired for the dog parade. We will be showing up on Friday evening, and camping there on the grounds. If anyone wants to stop by to visit, it's they grey Dodge Quad cab truck and a tent, and 2 large Golden Retrievers. You can't miss us.
The Clan MacKenzie tent will be next door to Charlie Lamb.

Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you.

I will be there all day Saturday.
I will be sure to stop by and say hello.
-
-
I will be driving by that part of the world on the 16th....hmmm... may have to make a stop.

Oh cool I will be there all Day Sat too you! Any one visiting this event will have to look me and Gary up!!! We will be running a booth so look for us!
Also this event is on http://www.kiltnight.net a sight Daren from Alpha kilts put together to help people to know about events in your local area. This is a great resource if you have not heard about it. Also if you are planning or know of an event in your local area add it to the website so others will know about it too!! This is an additional place for people to check out who may not be privy to this forum and if they show up its a great way to recruit for xmarks.

Am I missing something, or is there no athletics? How can you have a gathering with no games? It is a tough decision, gathering or dancing at a local Pow-wow. AAAHHH what to do? (Isn't it tough when you celebrate multiple aspects of your heritage!?)

No games.
The event is sponsered by the Peace Presbyterian Church, and is held in the open space on the church grounds. More of a heritage celebration than an athletic event.

Maybe the X Markers should be sure to say hello to each other there. Clan Ramsay will be there...God willing and the river don't rise!
