The three day Fergus Scottish Festival and Highland Games was held this past weekend. For the first time in ages, the sky opened up on Saturday and just about drowned every one and every thing. Attended on Sunday with much better weather and and met up with fellow xmarker Nathan at the Clan Donald tent for our traditional Fergus photo:

Aw shucks! I lost track of the date for Fergus this year. I was thinking I might go and then thought I might be out of province, but indeed was home and looking for something to do. On the plus side, I pulled out the kilt I started a while back and am getting going on it again. So not a complete loss. You guys look great...as always!
Great photo John, sorry we missed it, but glad we missed the rain. We were going to come up on Saturday but thought better of it with the forcast, as for Sunday, after church it was just too late to make it up. Looks like you made the best of the day.
so many Highland Games to attend ... so little time ...
