I know about a Highland Festival and Games in Oklahoma City (Mustang actually--just West of OKC) that is in March. I have never been, but plan to attend this year. I believe they do have the games you might be interested in. It is on the schedule for March 26-27, 2011
If you do plan to attend and participate, let me know. It would be great to meet up. Good Luck!

Buffalo, St. Louis and Kansas City Missouri all have Scottish Games and festivals. Visit our web site, www.springfieldmissouriscots.org, for links to their web sites.

Follow the sound of the pipes!
Check the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association website for upcoming events. It may not list everything, but will list all the games with sanctioned pipe band contests.

The Glasgow (KY) Highland Games should be within driving distance for you. It's about an hour north/northeast of Nashville, TN. There's also an event in Paducah (never been to that one, so I'm not sure of the name).
Check in with the Lyon Colllege website. Their pipe band travels around to a few games, and they may have a few listed on their itinerary.
