Well, where to start. We didn't bring a camera (good thing too), but what a great night. I was one of maybe 7 guys in kilts (three in traditionals, Big Mikey [a forum visitor] in his Nightstaker SWK, and 3 guys in UKs). I wore my 16 oz Watson ancient kilt and flashes, charcoal hose, black oxfords, a black dress shirt and a charcoal sweater vest (pretty sharp if I do say so myself). The Irish Regimental pipe and drum band supplied some great tunes.

I am glad there were cabs at the end of the night. The whisky was outstanding, and there were some great beers.

Here were the vendors we tried out:

    WHISK(E)Y / RYE / BOURBON

    Ardbeg 10 Year Old
    Auchentoshan Three Wood Lowland
    Dalmore 12 Year Old
Glen Garioch 15 Yr. Highland Malt
Glenfarclas 105 Cask Strength 60% alc.
Glenfarclas 17 year old Single Malt
Glenfarclas 25 year old Single Malt
    Glenmorangie Burgundy Wood Finish:
    Glenmorangie Port Wood Finish:
    Glenmorangie Sherry Wood Finish:
Highland Park 18 Year Old Single Malt
    Johnnie Walker Green Label
    Jura Superstition
    Lagavulin 16
    Laphroaig 10 Year Old
    Talisker 18 yr Old
The Famous Grouse Blended Scotch Whisky
    The Glenlivet 21 Year Old
    The Glenlivet 18 Year Old
    The Macallan Cask Strength
The Macallan Fine Oak 10 Year Old

    PREMIUM BEER

    Big Rock Grasshopper
    Big Rock Honey Brown
    Big Rock McNally's Reserve
    Big Rock Traditional Ale
    Big Rock Warthog Ale
    Dead Frog Honey Brown
    Dead Frog Lager
    Dead Frog Nut Brown Ale
    Dead Frog Pale Ale
    Devil's Elbow India Pale Ale
    Froach Heather Ale
    Granville Island Lager
    Granville Island Lions Winter Ale
    Granville Island Merry Monks Doppelbock
    Headstrong Pale Ale
    Maudite
    Okanagan Spring 1516 Bavarian Lager
    Okanagan Spring Munich Dark Mild
    Okanagan Spring Pale Ale
    R&B Hop Goblin IPA
    R&B Red Devil Pale Ale
    Rail Ale Nut Brown Notes
    Red Truck Ale
    Red Truck Lager
    Rickard's
    Rodenbach Grand Cru
    Russell Cream Ale
    Russell Extra Special Lager
    Russell Pale Ale
    Russell Winter Porter
    Singha beer
    St. Peters Organic English Ale
    Stella Artois
    Yukon Brewing Co.

HoweSound brew pub offered a range of beers that were incredible. They are a brewpub in Squamish, but are looking to sell the beers in store soon. You local guys need to keep an eye out as they are great.

Here's a full list of the vendors http://www.hopscotchfestival.com/exhibitors.html
