Niagara Celtic Festival Sept 17-18
http://niagaraceltic.com/
If you are close to the Olcott, NY area, would urge you to attend the Niagara Celtic Festival. One of my favorite events due to the setting, the great organization, and the variety of things to do while there. This is the 11th year for the event, it has grown every year.
Look out the front of my tent and see Lake Ontario about 50 yards away. Will be at my usual location at the end of clan row.
Look forward to seeing some of you there once again.

Same weekend every year. Mark your calendar for next year. They already have next years dates posted on their website. Worth the trip.

I'll be there, as part of the 1745 "living history" encampment!

Hi, Woodsheal, I dont usually get much of a chance to leave my display area. May be able to this year as my son is going along for the 1st time. If you get a chance to walk around, please stop by and introduce yourself.

Was a great weekend at the Niagara Festival. Alittle brisk on Saturday morning once the wind came off the lake, once the sun broke thru made for a very comfortable day.
Got to spend some time with Kona and Wally as well as many other friends I see once a year at the event.
The event keeps growing every year with no detrimental effect on the event's fine tuned organization, a great tribute to Beth and Phil Banks and all the support staff and volunteers. While I would like to attend the Loon Mtn event which is held on the same weekend, just cant give up going to Niagara Celtic and spending the weekend right on the shores of Lake Ontario.
Took my son and his wife along this year for the 1st time. Was lucky to have them there as our booth was pretty busy at times and the extra help came in very handy. Spent Friday evening with them and walked the complete circuit around Niagara Falls. Havent been there since my high school days so it was great to revisit.
Mark your calendar for next year, Sept 15th and 16th.

Great event! I didn't get around to meet folks as much as I would've liked, as we were quite busy with our demonstrations and displays. Here are a few (cell phone quality) pics of the reenactors at the Fest:
