Well, if only I had an internet connection while visiting my son in Richland. We were able to make it to the games. It was a nice event.
I was there with my good lady wife, my son, his wife and three wee daughters, and my older son. Yes, all the men folk were properly kilted.
Some of the athletes were quite amazing. The young man tossing the sheeve (I'm still new, so I'm guessing that that is what it's called) along with the lass wearing the matching tartan in a minikilt was throwing for distance rather well too.
I'm sorry that we did not get to meet.
Cheers,
Marshal Moroni
PS. The trebuchet next door was also good fun!

If the Guy tossing the Sheaf had the Kilt matching the Mini Kilt clad Lady, then they are my coaches. John actually beat me in the Sheaf by 2 feet, but 22 feet was my new PR. We really appreciate you stopping by to cheer us on!
Thanks,
James

Yep, that's the couple, with him as a Coach I'm sure you'll go far.
Congrats on the new PR. Those are always milestones.
Cheers,
