Salado, TX Gathering

Texas Rabble! The 53rd Annual Gathering of the Scottish Clans & Highland Games in Salado are approaching. This year the dates are:
Friday, November 07 - Sunday, November 09. I know it's a bit early but November will be here before we know it. The Clan Cameron has reserved our space.
Hope to see many of y'all there.

I will be there too. Although I may need your help with Kathie. Our 25th anniversary is that week, and she may not be happy with me for spending the weekend in Salado. I'll try to make it up to her the weekend before, or after Salado.

two words: Bed & Breakfast! For some reason wives love them. (Carole and I spent our 25th in a Salado B&B).

We will have to see if Midway has a game that Friday, if so, we'll have to leave early to pick him up. The kids get a lot out of play in the band, and I get a lot of miles on my truck running them to and fro.

Fast approaching. Are we going to have a picture this year? I'm at the Boy Scout Highland Games down the road until about 11 so anytime after noon would be fine. At the Gazebo?
